By accessing our website or participating in our leadership development programs, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.

User Obligations and Conduct

- • Protect the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during programs

2. Prohibited Conduct
You expressly agree not to:
- • Engage in harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior
- • Misrepresent your identity, qualifications, or organizational affiliation
- • Record, photograph, or share program content without explicit permission
- • Use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- • Violate intellectual property rights of Leadium or third parties
- • Distribute program materials to unauthorized individuals
- • Attempt to replicate or commercialize our program methodologies
3. Age and Capacity Requirements
Our services are intended for professional adults aged 18 and above. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. If you are registering on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.
4. Compliance with Laws and Regulations
You are responsible for ensuring your use of our services complies with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to:
- Data Protection Laws: Indian data protection regulations and applicable international privacy laws
- Intellectual Property Laws: Copyright, trademark, and patent regulations
- Professional Standards: Any applicable professional codes of conduct relevant to your field
- Employment Laws: If participating as part of employment, compliance with employer policies
5. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Leadium, its facilitators, employees, contractors, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:
- • Your violation of these Terms and Conditions
- • Your use or misuse of our services
- • Your violation of any laws or regulations
- • Your infringement of any third-party rights
- • Any false or misleading information you provide
- • Your conduct during programs or interactions with other participants
This indemnification obligation survives the termination of your relationship with Leadium and your use of our services.
Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to:
- • Warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
- • Warranties regarding accuracy, reliability, or completeness of content
- • Warranties that services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
- • Warranties regarding specific outcomes or results from programs
We make no guarantees about the effectiveness of our programs for individual career advancement or organizational outcomes. Leadership development results vary based on individual effort, commitment, and circumstances.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Leadium and its facilitators, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
- • Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
- • Loss of data or information
- • Career setbacks or missed opportunities
- • Damage to professional reputation
- • Costs of procurement of substitute services
Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for services during the twelve months preceding the claim.
8. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, labor disputes, power failures, internet service provider failures, or other force majeure events. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule programs or provide alternative arrangements.
9. Third-Party Content and Interactions
Our services may include references to or interactions with third-party content, resources, or individuals. We are not responsible for:
- • The accuracy, quality, or availability of third-party content
- • Actions or conduct of guest speakers or external facilitators
- • Third-party websites or services linked from our platform
- • Advice or recommendations from other program participants
Your interactions with third parties are solely between you and such parties. You should exercise caution and use your judgment when relying on third-party information or forming professional relationships through our programs.
Legal Information and Dispute Resolution
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising from or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
11. Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute arising from these terms or your use of our services:
- • Informal Resolution: We encourage you to first contact us to seek an informal resolution. Many disputes can be resolved through open communication.
